"Moose in Bloom" Original painting

5x7 original oil painting on 6x8 oil paper.

I painted this moose for my Wild at Art Club, where I choose a different animal each month and turn my painting into a print for my members!

I chose a moose because that was the month I saw one in the wild for the first time! I was so excited by that experience that I knew I had to paint one. Sometimes, the best inspiration comes from moments you experience yourself.
